Solgar Multiple Fiber Formula contains a synergistic blend of soluble and insoluble fibers, including oat hull fiber, apple pectin, grapefruit pectin, flaxseed meal and psyllium seed hulls. This nutritional supplement is designed to promote digestive health and maintain intestinal regularity, in addition to contributing to the regulation of blood glucose and cholesterol levels.

HOW TO USE

For adults, take two (2) to six (6) capsules a day with a large glass of water (250 ml), distributed throughout the day, preferably outside of meals or as directed by your specialist. The daily dose expressly recommended for this product should not be exceeded.
