General Conditions of Purchase

1. Purpose of the contract

These General Conditions of Purchase regulate the acquisition of products through our website www.parafarmaciacampoamor.com . By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. We want everything to be transparent and without surprises.

2. Purchase procedure

Buying at www.parafarmaciacampoamor.com is very simple. Just follow these steps:

All prices include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not included and will be displayed before finalizing the order. If the shipment is outside the European Union, prices will change automatically and will be displayed without VAT when indicating the shipping address. If there are changes in prices, they will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Right of admission

  • Excessive weight: If when preparing the order we detect that it exceeds 20 kg, we will be forced to cancel it.

  • Pricing Errors: In the event of a computer error displaying a clearly incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  • Out of stock: If the product is not available at the time of processing your order, we will notify you and offer you an alternative or cancellation.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery times will depend on the destination and the shipping method selected:

    • For orders of less than 10 kilos:
      • €1.95 for Nacex Shop/Inpost and free for orders over €25.
      • €3.95 home delivery and free for orders over €70.
    • For orders over 10 kilos:
      • They will be calculated based on weight and destination. Orders over €70 will have a discount of €3.95 on the calculated price.
    • Is your order returned without you claiming it in time?
      No problem, we will refund your purchase minus €6 for handling and shipping.

    • The price will vary depending on the destination and weight of the order. This will be indicated in the shopping cart before making the payment.
  • Countries outside the EU:

Important note : We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands.

Orders outside the EU

For orders outside the EU, we are governed by the CIF incoterm . The shipment will be insured, but we are not responsible if the package does not pass through customs in the destination country. Customs management and costs are the buyer's responsibility.

8. Returns.

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason. Here's how it works:

  • Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of your decision to withdraw at hola@grupocampoamor.com or through our contact form. You then have another 14 days to send the product back to us.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition. You do not need to return it in the original packaging, but make sure it is well protected for shipping.
  • Refund: We will refund the amount paid, including basic shipping costs, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
  • Return costs: If the product is not defective, the return costs are yours. In case of defective or damaged products, we will cover the costs.

9. Billing

For the invoice to be valid, make sure you provide us with your complete details: if you are a natural person or a company, your NIF or CIF, and the address that should appear on the invoice.

10. Product warranty

The products we offer are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to modify these conditions whenever necessary. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
