Solgar Glucosamine MSM Complex is a food supplement designed to maintain joint and cartilage health. This advanced formula combines glucosamine, MSM, ginger root extract, white willow bark, vitamin C and manganese, all ingredients that contribute to the formation and maintenance of connective tissue and collagen.

• Glucosamine hydrochloride
• Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)
• Ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale)
• Vitamin C (Calcium L-ascorbate)
• White willow bark extract (Salix spp.)
• Manganese (bisglycinate)
• Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose
• cross-linked cellulose gum
• Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate
• Coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)

HOW TO USE

For adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with meals. Swallow the tablets with water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Keep out of the reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult a specialist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, following any medical treatment, including anticoagulants, or suffering from any illness. Avoid if allergic to aspirin.
