Nievi Liquid rennet is composed of calcium chloride and coagulant enzymes, coming from the stomach of young ruminant animals. Despite its potency, this rennet is completely safe for use in food and does not add unwanted flavors or aromas to your cheese.
To obtain the best results, it is suggested to add a small amount of Nievi Liquido rennet to the dairy product that is at a temperature between 32 and 37 degrees Celsius. Stir gently and let sit while the magic of rennet does its work. After use, be sure to store the rennet in a cool, dark place to maintain its potency.
Although rennet is safe for use in food, it is always best to handle it with care. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse with water immediately. Keep this product out of the reach of children.
