Solgar Dong Quai contains Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) root extract, a plant also known as "female ginseng". This herbal supplement is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to support women's health, balance hormone levels, and relieve menstrual and menopausal symptoms.
HOW TO USE
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with meals. Swallow the capsules with water or another drink. The daily dose expressly recommended for this product should not be exceeded.
