Solgar Selenium 100mcg 100 Tablets provides selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine, highly bioavailable and yeast-free, ideal for sensitive people. This supplement contributes to the maintenance of normal thyroid function, hair and nail health, and immune system function, as well as protecting cells from oxidative damage.
HOW TO USE
For adults, take one (1) or two (2) tablets daily, preferably with meals. Swallow the tablets with water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
