Solgar Liquid Vitamin E is presented in a 60 ml format (59.2 ml in some presentations) that facilitates its dosage and absorption. This vitamin E in the form of natural d-alpha-tocopherol helps protect cells from oxidative damage caused by free radicals, supporting the health of the immune system, cardiovascular system, and the appearance of skin and hair.
HOW TO USE
For adults, take 0.5 ml (approximately 5 drops) daily, preferably with meals. It can be administered directly or added to a facial cream for topical use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
