Solgar Hierro Gentle uses iron in the form of ferrous bisglycinate, a form that facilitates its absorption and reduces gastrointestinal irritation. This supplement is ideal for those who need to increase their iron levels, especially those with diets deficient in this mineral or with increased requirements, such as vegans and vegetarians. Iron is essential for the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, and for normal energy metabolism, helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
HOW TO USE
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with meals. Swallow the capsules with water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
