PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Calcium citrate is a form of calcium that is better absorbed than other forms of calcium, such as calcium carbonate. This supplement is ideal for middle-aged or older people looking to maintain bone and muscle health. The vitamin D3 included in the formula improves the absorption of calcium and contributes to maintaining normal levels of this mineral in the blood, also supporting the immune system.
HOW TO USE
For adults, take four (4) tablets daily, preferably with meals. Swallow the tablets with water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

1000 mg of calcium (citrate) and 15 µg (600 IU) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Other ingredients: bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), cross-linked cellulose gum, coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerin from coconut and palm kernel oil).
