Solgar Alpha Lipoic Acid is a dietary supplement that provides 60 mg of alpha lipoic acid per capsule. This compound is found naturally in the body and in foods such as red meat, carrots and broccoli, although in small quantities. It is known for its ability to distribute in both aqueous and fatty media, and plays a key role in obtaining cellular energy and regeneration of other antioxidants such as vitamin E and coenzyme Q10.
HOW TO USE
For adults, take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily, preferably with meals. Swallow the capsules with water or another drink. The daily dose expressly recommended for this product should not be exceeded.
