Solgar Soy Lecithin is a dietary supplement that provides 1360 mg of lecithin per pearl. Lecithin is a natural fatty substance rich in phospholipids such as choline and inositol, essential for the functioning of cells. This product helps emulsify fats, improving digestion and nutrient absorption, and supports brain and liver health.

HOW TO USE

For adults, take one (1) to six (6) capsules daily, preferably with meals. Swallow the capsules with water or another drink. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
