Solgar's supplement combines magnesium and vitamin B6 to support various essential bodily functions. Magnesium is a fundamental mineral that helps regulate calcium transport and absorption, stimulating calcitonin secretion, which promotes calcium entry into the bones and promotes optimal bone mineralization. Additionally, magnesium is crucial for cellular energy release and contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous and muscular systems. Vitamin B6, meanwhile, supports energy-yielding metabolism and nervous system health. This product is suitable for vegans and is free of gluten, wheat, and dairy.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION
- Magnesium (as magnesium oxide): 400 mg (95% of the recommended daily value)
- Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride): 25 mg (1471% of the recommended daily value)
- Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, vegetable glycerin, titanium dioxide color.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- As a dietary supplement for adults, take three (3) tablets daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
