Aquilea Magnesium 375 mg is a food supplement in lemon-flavoured effervescent tablets, which provides 100% of the recommended daily amount of magnesium. This mineral is essential for reducing tiredness and fatigue, as well as contributing to electrolyte balance and the normal functioning of muscles and bones.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION
Each tablet contains 375 mg of magnesium, provided by three highly absorbed sources: - 1,000 mg of magnesium bisglycinate - 700 mg of magnesium carbonate - 176 mg of magnesium oxide
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water and consume once a day, preferably in the morning.
