PRODUCT COMPOSITION
Each effervescent tablet contains: Magnesium: 375 mg (100% NRV*), provided by: -Magnesium bisglycinate: 1,000 mg -Magnesium carbonate: 700 mg -Magnesium oxide: 176 mg. Potassium: 375 mg (19% NRV*), in the form of potassium carbonate hydroxide. *NRV: Nutrient Reference Values.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml) and consume once a day, preferably during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
