PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fresubin Yocreme is a high energy density nutritional cream, providing 1.5 kcal per gram, which is equivalent to 188 kcal per 125 g tub. Each serving provides 9.4 g of protein, representing 20% of the total energy content. This product is indicated for patients at risk of malnutrition or with high nutritional requirements. It is a ready-to-eat, gluten-free and low-fibre formula.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION
The main ingredients of Fresubin Yocreme lemon flavour include: water, sucrose, whey proteins, fermented skimmed milk powder, vegetable oils (sunflower and rapeseed), modified starch, acidity regulator (E270), calcium lactate, thickener (E440), maltodextrin, flavourings, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, E471), choline bitartrate, vitamin C, sodium chloride, ferric pyrophosphate, zinc sulphate, magnesium oxide, vitamin E, pantothenic acid, manganese chloride, niacin, cupric sulphate, vitamin B6, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin A, sodium fluoride, folic acid, chromium chloride, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, vitamin K, biotin, sodium molybdate, vitamin D and vitamin B12.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Fresubin Yocreme is ready to eat and is recommended to be consumed directly from the tub. For the best experience, serve chilled and stir gently before consuming. The daily dosage should be determined by a healthcare professional based on the individual needs of the patient. As a guide, for supplementary nutrition 3-4 tubs of 125 g per day are recommended, and for complete nutrition 8 tubs per day.
WARNINGS
This product is a food for special medical purposes and must be used under medical supervision. It is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Caution should be exercised in children under 6 years of age. Contains lactose and soya. Store at room temperature; once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
