ActiveComplex Omega 3 is a food supplement made from high-quality fish oil, which provides essential Omega 3 fatty acids, specifically EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). These nutrients are essential for the proper functioning of the heart, brain and eyesight. Each capsule contains 500 mg of fish oil in its natural triglyceride form, ensuring high bioavailability. In addition, the capsules are flavoured with a mild citrus flavour, eliminating the fishy smell and taste, making them easy to consume by both adults and children.
