INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Dissolve 6 tablespoons (about 55g) in 200ml of water or milk and shake until you obtain a homogeneous solution. Consume immediately after preparation. Depending on nutritional needs, consume 1 to 3 servings a day. It can be consumed hot or cold, depending on preference.
