These oils work in synergy with others to improve fluidity and circulatory drainage. Recommended dose: 1 or 2 capsules in the morning before eating. For heavy legs: take 1 capsule in the morning, at noon and in the evening before meals for a week. The treatment can be repeated after a break of 7 to 10 days as necessary.
