• Niacin (Nicotinamide): 54 mg
• Pantetonic acid (D – Ca Pantothenate – 92%): 19.56 mg
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride): 6 mg
• Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): 4.8 mg
• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride): 4.2 mg
• Folic acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic acid): 400 mcg
• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin): 3 mcg
• Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose
• Anti-caking agents: Magnesium stearate and Silicon dioxide
• Vegetable capsule, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take 1 capsule in the morning, at noon and at night. Preferably before main meals.
