PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ergystress is a supplement formulated with ingredients that contribute to the balance of the nervous system. Its combination of bacopa, L-tyrosine, taurine and B vitamins is aimed at improving resistance to stressful situations, enhancing mental performance and reducing symptoms such as irritability, nervousness and fatigue.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

For every 3 capsules: - L-tyrosine: 300 mg - Inositol: 150 mg - Bacopa extract (Bacopa monnieri L.): 120 mg - Magnesium (magnesium oxide): 120 mg - Zinc (gluconate): 6 mg - Manganese (sulfate): 1.2 mg - Copper (gluconate): 0.6 mg - Taurine: 50 mg - Vitamin C: 80 mg - Vitamin B1: 1.1 mg - Vitamin B2: 1.4 mg - Vitamin B3 (niacin): 16 mg - Vitamin B5: 6 mg - Vitamin B6: 1.4 mg - Vitamin B8 (biotin): 50 µg - Vitamin B9 (folic acid): 200 µg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules a day, preferably before breakfast. It is advisable to follow a consumption pattern for at least 20 days, renewable according to individual needs.
