Osteoguard 90 Comps 8226 Lamberts is a food supplement that combines calcium, magnesium, boron and vitamins D and K in a formula designed to promote bone health, being especially beneficial for women in menopause or those with low-dairy diets.PRODUCT COMPOSITION
- Calcium (as Carbonate) - 500 mg
- Magnesium (as Oxide) - 125 mg
- Vitamin D - 5 µg (200 IU)
- Vitamin K - 38 µg
- Boron (as Sodium Borate) - 1.5 mg
Additionally, it contains bulking agents, coating agents, and anti-caking agents to ensure stability and proper absorption of nutrients.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily, preferably with a meal for better absorption of nutrients.
WARNINGS
It is important not to exceed the recommended dose, as more than 400 mg of magnesium can cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
