PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Arkorelax Sueño Forte 8h is a supplement designed to improve sleep quality using innovative bi-layer tablet technology. The first layer immediately releases 1 mg of melatonin along with concentrated passionflower and valerian extracts, making it easier to fall asleep. The second layer provides a prolonged release of 0.9 mg of melatonin and California poppy extract, helping to reduce nighttime awakenings and promoting continuous rest for 8 hours. It also contains vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

- Bulking agents: cellulose
- Anti-caking agents: stearic acid, talc, magnesium stearate
- Tablet coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose, ethylcellulose, carnauba wax
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one tablet daily, one hour before bedtime, with a glass of water. It is recommended to maintain a regular sleep routine and create an environment conducive to rest.

- Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Keep out of reach of small children.
- Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- If you are taking antidepressants, sleeping pills, or other sedatives, consult your doctor before taking this supplement.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Melatonin (1.9 mg), plant extracts, and vitamin B6. The first immediate-release layer provides 1 mg of melatonin, 100 mg of passionflower extract (equivalent to 500 mg of dry plant), and 150 mg of valerian extract (equivalent to 900 mg of dry plant). The second extended-release layer provides 0.9 mg of melatonin, 0.7 mg of vitamin B6 (50% of the Nutrient Reference Value), and 160 mg of California poppy extract (equivalent to 480 mg of dry plant).
