El Naturalista Rubesen is a mixture of medicinal plants designed for people who suffer from intestinal problems and constipation. This infusion facilitates digestion and promotes a more fluid and active bowel movement.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

• Buckthorn Bark
• Bearberry leaves
• Senna leaves
• Mate leaves
• Sterile stems of horsetail
• Juniper berries
• Black tea leaves
• Elderberry Bark

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Boil one or two tablespoons of the preparation in a cup of water for 3-4 minutes. Let it sit, strain and consume. It is recommended to drink 2 to 3 cups a day.

WARNINGS

Senna is known for its laxative properties due to the sennosides it contains. Dietary supplements with senna extract can be used for occasional constipation, but their use should not be prolonged for more than a week without medical supervision. It is not recommended in cases of inflammatory bowel diseases or abdominal pain. Excessive use may cause irritation of the intestinal mucosa or a decrease in potassium levels in the blood.
