Hansaplast Second Skin Protection are ultra-thin, flexible self-adhesive dressings designed to protect and treat small wounds. Their outer polyurethane layer is 100% waterproof and breathable, allowing activities such as swimming or showering without the risk of the dressing coming off. These dressings create an optimal moist environment for healing, accelerating the healing process and providing extra-strong fixation for at least 72 hours. They are ideal for difficult-to-cover areas such as knees, elbows or fingers, adapting perfectly to the body's movements. The pack contains 6 dressings measuring 73 mm x 36 mm.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION
- Waterproof and breathable polyurethane outer layer. - Hypoallergenic adhesive material. - Absorbent central pad to protect the wound.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before handling the dressing. 2. Gently clean the wound to remove dirt and debris. 3. Carefully dry the skin around the wound. 4. Remove the protective film from the dressing and apply it to the wound, making sure the pad completely covers the affected area. 5. Gently press the adhesive edges to secure it firmly.
